1. Privacy Privacy is very important to us. We designed our Data Use Policy to make important disclosures about how one can use "entermyspace" to share with others and how to collect and use the content and information.  Data Use Policy must be read, and used so that it can be helpful for making informed decisions.   2. Sharing Your Content and Information All of the content and information posted on "entermyspace", can be owned and controlled by the user and shared through privately . In addition: 1. The following content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), is specifically permissible, subject to the privacy and application settings: and grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that is posted on or in connection with "entermyspace" (IP License). This IP License ends when it gets deleted from the IP content or the account unless the content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. 2. When an IP content, it is deleted it is done in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, to understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others). 3. When on application, the application may ask for permission to access the content and information that others have shared with the user.  We require applications to respect the privacy, and the agreement with that application will control how the application can use, store, and transfer that content and information.  4. When the information using the Public setting is published, it means that it allows everyone, including people off of "entermyspace", to access and use that information, and to associate with it (i.e., your name and profile picture). 5. We always appreciate any feedback or any valuable suggestions about "entermyspace", but it should be understood that we may use them without any obligation to compensate the user for them
